US-based author, Vicki Hollett, the author of best selling Business English course-book, Business Objectives and the highly-acclaimed Tech Talk will be making a rare European pit stop at the annual English UK Business English Trainers' Conference on Saturday, 14 May 2011 at International House in London.

Vicki will kick off the conference with a session entitled, "English for Getting Things Done." The session will explore ways that we can help our learners to develop rapport and solidarity, mitigate conflict, and avoid misunderstandings in their professional lives.
