The English Profile project has just launched a free Word of the Week feature by drawing from the new English Profile Wordlists. Selected words include a short commentary that records typical real usage aligned to various levels of the CEFR. This useful new feature has been developed by Annette Capel who researched and compiled the lists for the English Profile project.

The wordlists will be an invaluable resource for teachers and students and you can sign up to receive a weekly email reminder and a link to each week’s feature, or you can simply look online anytime and see what Annette has chosen to feature this week by going to the resources section at:  www.englishprofile.org.
