The UK Border Agency will soon be circulating a letter to all Tier 4 Registered Sponsors to inform you about the Bulk Data Transfer Implementation Toolkit - to be used by sponsors to migrate some key information from their IT systems directly into the Sponsor Management System.

The aim is to alert all Tier 4 sponsors of the functionality that is being developed in partnership with the education sector IT representatives, to explain what the Bulk Data Transfer is, what the UKBA are providing to sponsors to help them and to inform you where the toolkit will be on their website.

Please see the news update regarding Bulk Data Transfer on the UKBA website, where you can download a frequently asked questions document as well as the technical detail that explains how files need to be formatted in order to be sent between a sponsor's system and the sponsorship management system.
