This year's programme has a special focus on technology and notions of professionalism in ELT and features expert speakers including David Graddol, Ron White and George Pickering. Delegates can expect to learn more about management skills and techniques, teacher training and development, language testing and exams, as well as the latest industry updates. For those interested in the English UK Campus we are running two training sessions to learn the basics of the system on the Saturday afternoon - the first face-to-face training on the English UK Campus that has taken place. Delegates will also be able to take advantage of the conference exhibition, showcasing the latest ELT products and publications.
Despite the serious focus on management the event is also an opportunity to enjoy the social side of the industry and this year we have a fantastic programme of entertainment including a dinner and live music from up and coming star Louise Golbey (www.louisegolbey.com). We are sure that you will feel at home in the fantastic, fresh and exciting new state of the art conference venue at Maple House and again enjoy the dynamism and hospitality of England's second city.
