Helping students stay in touch for less
English UK’s new phonecard should make life easier for language centres and students alike. The card, which was officially launched at StudyWorld London 2009, costs just £5 and will be available for English UK member centres to sell to their students.

Student Profile: Christian Labie from France

Christian Labie is 56 and comes from Lyon in France. He is the manager of an environmental and energy agency, and has studied English in the UK several times, most recently at English Language in the Lakes (Nab Cottage) in the Lake District.

English UK has upgraded the students' pages on its website today. The pages can now be viewed in English and ten additional languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish!
